3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 T. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/4 cups salad oil
2 (10 oz.) cartons partially thawed berries
1 1/4 cups chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together in large bowl; flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar.
Mix well and into center add eggs and oil and mix. Stir in berries and nuts until well moistened. Swab 4 soup cans with oil or Pam. Fill can half full and bake at 350º for 15 minutes or until toothpick is clean when stuck in middle. Use slender knife to remove bread. Slice in rounds to serve. Good with jam.
