1 2lb bag baby creamer potatoes
500 ml to 1 L carton of heavy cream
2 TB fresh chopped dill
2 TB melted butter
2 tsp minced garlic
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Cook baby potatoes whole in boiling salted water until they are about 3/4 done. Place in roasting pot and toss with melted butter, dill, garlic, salt and pepper. Add heavy cream just to top of potatoes. Bake for at least 1 hour or until potatoes are done and sauce has thickened.
