1 c chopped pecans
1 c real butter
1 & 1/2 c brown sugar
1 c semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 13 X 9 pan and add the chopped pecans. Melt real butter and brown sugar and stir constantly. Bring to 290º, using a candy thermometer. Pour over the pecans to cover the entire pan. Sprinkle on the chocolate chips and spread as they melt on the hot mixture. Refrigerate until cool, then break into bite size pieces. Store in air tight container in the refrigerator. Stir with a wooden spoon or one that can be heated to 290º.
