3 1/2 cup flour
1 cup oil (may substitute with 1/2 or all applesauce)
1/2 t salt
2/3 cup water
2 cups pumpkin (canned or fresh)
4 t cinnamon
4 t nutmeg (optional)
2 t baking soda
3 cup sugar

Mix ingredients together wit mixer or whisk. Bake at 350 until toothpick in center comes out clean. Makes about 24
