One pound of ground beef, one small chopped onion, one 16 ounce can of diced tomatoes, one 15 ounce can of tomato sauce, one small can of green chilis, 3 15 ounce cans of Mexican style chili beans(like Bush's Chili beans - red beans in chili sauce, sometimes in regular bean aisle, sometimes in Mexican section), one taco seasoning packet, one packet of ranch style seasoning mix like Hidden Valley), one can of whole kernel corn, 1 1/2 cups water. ( topping ingredients - lettuce, tomatoes, jack or cheddar cheese, tortilla chips, avocado, sour cream)

Cook ground beef and onion in stock pot until brown. Drain. Add undrained cans and seasoning packets. Stir and cook until hot (@30 minutes). Serve topped with chopped lettuce, tomatoes and avocado, and grated cheddar or jack cheese, sour cream and crushed tortilla chips.

You can brown the meat and then throw it all in a crock pot and cook for 6 to 8 hours.
