6 oz cream cheese, softened
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1 t vanilla extract
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1 t flour
1 ready made chocolate pie crust

Chocolate Glaze:
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup whipping cream

Preheat oven to 350. With mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Toss chocolate chips with flour; stir into cream cheese mixture. Pour into crust. Bake 35 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched. Cool completely. Make glaze by melting chocolate chips and whipping cream in a saucepan. Cook and stir until thickened. Immediately spread over cheesecake. Serve chilled. Refrigerate leftovers.

Instead of using a ready made crust, you can crush chocolate cookies and press into pan. I often double the recipe and make in a 9x13 pan. The cheesecake can be cut in small squares which is perfect for a dessert buffet. Garnish ideas: chocolate curls, raspberries, cherries
