1 1/2 Pounds Ground Chuck
1 #10 Can of Tomato Sauce
2 Cans Contidina Italian Herbs Sauce ( 15 oz can )
1/3 Cup of Sugar
2 Tablespoons of Oregano
1 Tablespoon of Garlic Salt
2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
6 Tablespoons of Italian Seasoning
2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
2-3 Boxes of Mostaccioli Noodles
1 Small Sweet Onion ( Minced )

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet brown the ground, with the minced sweet onion. Drain the fat and add to large sauce pan.
Add the #10 can of tomato sauce, the 2 cans of the contradina Italian Herb sauce, the oregano, the garlic salt, the garlic powder, the Italian seasoning, and the chili powder to the ground beef.
Bring to rolling boil. Add the sugar and let simmer for 3-4 hours.
Prepare the mostaccioli noodles as directed.
Serve with garlic bread and Italian salad

I store some sauce for later, it freezes well. I also have Tom taste test it and he shakes in additional seasonings as needed to get desired taste.
This is good but my mom's version and Uncle Joes was the best.
