Ingredients:
4 large sweet potatoes
2 cups sugar
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 pinch cinnamon
1 pinch nutmeg (you may add more or less to your taste)
1 t vanilla
1/2 cup of canned milk
2 store bought pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the potatoes until tender; when you stick a fork in them it should go in easy, but you don't want them to break apart. Let the potatoes cool and then peel them. Put the potatoes in a large mixing bowl and mash them thoroughly with a potato masher. Then use mixer to get the extra strings off of the potatoes (you may have to stop and clean the strings off the mixer). Melt butter and pour it and the other ingredients in the bowl of potatoes. Stir until well mixed. Then pour into you pie crusts. Bake in a preheated 375 oven for about 30-45 minutes.
