7 oz package tortellini
1 cup broccoli florets
1 Tbsp chopped pimiento
6 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts (undrained)
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup prepared Italian dressing
5-6 cherry tomatoes, halved
Sliced ripe olives to taste
Fresh grated parmesan cheese to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook tortellini to desired doneness. Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except cherry tomatoes, ripe olives and parmesan cheese.
Cover and refrigerate for a few hours to blend the flavors. Just before serving add tomatoes, mix lightly garnish with olives and sprinkle top with parmesan cheese.
