Ingredients:
1 large pkg. lemon pudding (cook & serve)
2 cups hot water
1 cup milk
Mandarin Oranges

1 small pkg. orange jello
1 1/2 cups Cool Whip
1 small pkg. lemon pudding (instant)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the large package of lemon pudding as directed on the package. Add 2 cups of hot water to the small package of orange jello and stir to dissolve. Combine the cooked pudding and the jello and put in a 9 x 13 pan or baking dish and chill overnight. (I like to add a can of drained mandarin oranges to this layer).

The next day, make the topping by combining the milk, instant pudding, mix. Add Cool Whip and mix well. Pour mixture over the top of the set jello mixture and let chill for at least 2 hours. Garnish the top with mandarin oranges.
