12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. (2 cubes) margarine
2 12 oz. cans evaporated milk
4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot melt margarine, then add chocolate chips and stir until melted. Add milk and sugar and bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil 8 minutes, stirring constantly. (Be careful not to burn the bottom). Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. This recipe makes a lot (approx. 15 servings).
