3 oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup butter (softened)
1 cup flour

Filling:

1 Egg
1 Tbs. butter (softened)
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325

Crusts:
Cream softened butter and cream cheese together. Add flour. Form into small balls (makes about two dozen) and place into greased tiny muffin cups. Press thumb into center of ball and form into Pie crusts.

Filling:
Beat egg, add softened butter, brown sugar and vanilla and beat together until smooth. Add half of the pecans to mixture. Fill pie crust half way with filling. Top each pie with remaining pecans.

Bake for about 25 minutes. Let cool before removing from pan.

Note: you can also place a pecan half on top of each pie for fancier presentation.
