1 pkg. frozen mini cream puffs
1/2-8oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 T. grenadine or maraschino cherry juice
1/2 t. vanilla extract
powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Place 12 cream puffs evenly apart on a cookie sheet to thaw.
Place the whipped topping in a cold mixing bowl. Add grenadine or cherry juice and vanilla. Fold in carefully to blend.
Slice the top off of each cream puff. Top each half cream puff with topping and replace top. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve on a large serving platter.
