2 pounds frozen hashbrowns/chunks or shredded
1 cup chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 ounces of sour cream
1 stick of butter, melted
8 oz shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste
crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
mix all ingredients (except potato chips) and put in baking pan. cover with crushed chips as desired. bake for 70 minutes at 400
