1 cup water
5 potatoes peeled, and cubed
1 1/2 tablespoons soft butter
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to a boil in large pot over medium heat. Add potatoes, cook 10 minutes. Mix butter, and flour in medium bowl until smooth. Add butter mixture to potatoes. Mix well. add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cook 10 minutes or until potatoes are done.
