6-8 potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 carrots, peeled and diced
2 stalks of celery, diced
1 large onion, chopped
1 lb of bacon, slices cut in 1 inch pieces
1 Tbsp parsley
2 cans cream corn
1 cans evaporated milk
1 Tbsp chicken bouillon

Directions:
Directions:
Boil carrots, celery and potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain water.

Cook bacon pieces with onion, drain grease.

Add cooked vegetables, bacon and remaining ingredients. You may dilute with regular milk a little to taste. Heat thoroughly. Don't let it boil or it will scald.
