4.5 pounds ground beef
2 onions, chopped
5c. ketchup
3 tablespoons + 1 3/4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons + 1 1/8 teaspoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons + 1 1/8 teaspoons yellow mustard
1 tablespoon + 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cook over medium heat, cook and stir beef and onions until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar and chili powder. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour to allow flavors to blend. Spoon 1/3 cup onto each bun. Great item in the freezer.
