Ingredients:
Ingredients:
tenderized round steak
flour
oil
Lipton Dry Onion Soup Mix
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tenderized steak into serving sizes; place them in a bowl of water and sprinkle with salt. Heat oil in skillet. Remove steak from water and dredge in flour. Place in skillet for a quick fry on both sides until browned. The steak does not need to be cooked throughout. Spray a casserole dish with Pam. Place fried steak in pan and set aside. Using enough of the grease from frying to just cover the bottom of skillet, add two heaping tablespoons of flour and some salt & pepper. Brown, and spread over steak; sprinkle the dry soup over this, and cover with water. Loosely place a piece of foil over the casserole dish and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. If liquid cooks down below steak, you can add more water during the cooking process. This way you will have plenty of gravy.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Mrs. Sue Morse, my best and dearest friend Missy's mom, is and always has been a wonderful cook. Growing up, I would often be at Missy's house and of course Mrs. Morse would invite me to eat. I could never resist, and then would go home and eat again, so as not to upset Mama who had prepared dinner as well! In hindsight, this probably wasn't a good idea! This steak is one of her many, wonderful recipes.
