1 1/4 C warm water
3/4 C sugar
1/4 t salt
3 T oil or shortening
4-4 1/2 C flour

1 # meat of choice hamburger, chicken, pork
1 t pepper
1 t season salt
1/4 t salt
1/4 t onion powder
4 potatoes

* need a steamer to cook. have 12-15 cupcake liners. prepare dough; soften yeast,1 T sugar, warm water. Mix sugar, salt, oil in a bowl then add yeast mixture. Add 2-2 1/2 cups flour. mix by hand and fingers. Add rest of flour and knead until smooth. Roll into big ball grease and put in greased bowl, cover with towel l hour. punch down and form golf size balls and flatten these and let rest. Brown meat of choice with pepper, season salt,onion powder, salt, potatoes which have been cooked and diced into very small pieces. Add a small amount of this mixture in middle of flatten dough. Pinch the dough up over mixture enclosing the meat. place pinched side down in the cupcake liner. Let this rest 45-60 minutes. Steam for 15 minutes.
