Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 cup cooked wild rice (1/2 cup uncooked)
1 cup cooked orzo pasta (1/2 cup uncooked)
½ cup red and green pepper, cut into 1/2” pieces
½ cup sliced pitted ripe black olives
1/3 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
2 Tbsp capers
¼ cup green onions, finely sliced

Dressing:
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp fresh basil
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour dressing over salad and mix well. When ready to serve, sprinkle top with ¼ cup pine nuts, toasted

When I prepare ahead or take somewhere, put in large zip-lock bag; soaks the salad well with the dressing.
