4 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts
2 Eggs ( Large & Beaten )
3/4 Cup Milk
3 Cups Corn Flakes ( Crushed )
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º.
In a large mixing bowl beat the eggs well. Add the milk, salt and pepper to the ebb mixture and beat well.
Place the chicken breasts in the mixture and let soak for 5 minutes.
Place Crushed corn flakes in a large storage bag,
Place the chicken breasts in the bag and both sides well.
Remove the coated chicken breasts and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for about 1 1/2 hours turning once.
