Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 8-oz. salmon fillets
2-3 T. olive oil
1 T. lemon pepper seasoning
1 tsp. garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Rub both sides of fillets with lemon pepper. Heat oil in skillet to a medium-high temperature. Place fillets in pan and cook until red meat has turned to pink half way through the fillet. Add garlic and flip fillets so that the uncooked side is down and the garlic is under the fillets. Cook until red meat has turned pink and the skin of the fillets are somewhat blackened or crispy. Oil will probably smoke a bit. Garlic will burn if it is added to the skillet too soon. Serve with lemon sauce if desired.
