4 cups flour, 1 T sugar, 2 tsp salt, 1 3/4 cups of Crisco shortening, 1 T vinegar, 1 large egg, 1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar and salt, then mix in Crisco until crumbly. Mix vinegar, egg and water in small bowl and add to the flour mixture. Mix only until mixture comes into a ball. Divide mixture into 4 portions, roll each into ball, flatten into pattie, wrap in wax paper, refrigerate or freeze untill needed. Thaw, roll out on lightly floured board and transfer to 9 inch pie tin. Flute edges and you are ready to go.( you can use it right away, as well.)
