3/4 cup sugar, 3 T cornstarch, 1 cup water, small box of jello (matching flavor to fruit), 1 quart fresh fruit, one 9 inch pie shell.
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cornstarch and water in 2 quart saucepan. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly, over medium heat. Add 3/4 box of Jello, stir in. Then add 1 quart of the fresh fruit. Pour into cooled, baked pie shell. Cool, then refrigerate until ready to serve.
