Dressing:
1/4 cup Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Dry Mustard

Salad:
1 lb. box of Orzo
3 Scallions
6 oz. feta cheese
1/2 cup pine nuts
Tablespoon olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together all dressing ingredients.
Cook orzo according to directions on package. Drain.
Brown pine nuts in olive oil.
Chop up scallions.
Poor dressing over warm orzo.
Add pine nuts and scallions. Mix well.
Let orzo cool a bit then mix in feta cheese.
