I yellow cake mix, 3/4 cup butter, 3 eggs, 1/2 tsp ginger, 3 cups pumpkin pie mix, 2/3 cup milk, 1 tsp nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice mix, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, Cool Whip.

Grease bottom of 9x13 cake pan. Mix cake mix(minus 1 cup), 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 egg and 1/2 tsp ginger and press into bottom of pan. Beat pumpkin pie mix, 2 eggs, 2/3 cup milk and 1 tsp nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice until smooth. Pour over crust. Mix reserved 1 cup cake mix, 1/4 cup butter (chopped into small pieces), 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon just until crumbly. Crumble over filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Cool and serve with Cool Whip.
