3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar

1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. butter flavoring
3 eggs
8 oz. can crushed pineapple

2 medium or 3 small bananas, chopped
1 c. pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar together. Mix in a separate bowl oil, butter flavoring, eggs and pineapple. Add to the flour mixture. Stir by hand. Stir in bananas and pecans. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan or 2-8" cake pans. Bake at 350º for 1 hour for bundt pan, 50 minutes for cake pans. Let cool before removing. May be iced if desired. Cream cheese icing is marvelous!
