2 eggs
1/2 C. shortening or margarine
1 C. sugar
1 C. Post Bran
1 C. boiling water
2 C. Kellogg Bran
2 1/2 C. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. soda
2 C. buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together eggs, shortening and sugar. In a small bowl pour boiling water over Post Bran. Let cool. Stir together remaining dry ingredients in another bowl and add to creamed ingredients. Add softened bran and buttermilk. Mix lightly. Keep in refrigerator up to 5 weeks until ready to use. Bake in greased muffin tin or use cupcake papers. 400º for 18 minutes.
