1 box white cake mix
1 pint coffee flavored ice cream, melted slightly
3 eggs

1 container whipped vanilla frosting
1 tsp. instant coffee granules, dissolved with 1 Tbsp. warm water (or 1 Tbsp Strong coffee)
cinnamon/sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 10 cup bunt cake pan. Beat cake mix, melted ice cream, and eggs. Scrape into prepared pan. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Cool completely. Beat frosting and coffee together. Frost. Dust with cinnamon & sugar. Serve with fresh strawberries of raspberries on the side.
