4 eggs
1 3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup self-rising flour
2 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter, melted
7 oz. Angel Flake coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour two (2) 9-inch pie pans
Beat eggs. Mix flour and sugar together and add to eggs. Add milk, vanilla, and butter. Stir into this mixture coconut. Divide the mixture to fill the 2 pie pans. Bake at 350º for 25-35 minutes or until golden brown.
