1 cup soft shortening, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 2 eggs, 2 3/4 cups of flour, 2 tsp cream of tartar, 1 tsp soda, 1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, sugar and eggs. Add flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt. Roll into balls about 1 inch in diameter and roll balls into mixture of 2 T sugar and 2 T cinnamon. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
