• 1 C softened butter
• 1 C sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 ½ C flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 TBSP orange juice
• 1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, sugar and egg. Beat until fluffy. Stir in flour, baking powder, Oj and vanilla. Chill until firm enough to be rolled. Roll dough (1/2 recipe at a time) on floured surface. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 6-10 mins at 400.
