• 1 C heavy cream
• 2 egg whites
• ½ C powdered sugar
• ¾ C chopped pineapple
Directions:
Directions:
Beat 1 C heavy cream until stiff. Beat 2 egg whites until dry then beat into egg whites ½ C powdered sugar. Beat until stiff. Fold egg whites and sugar into cream. Add ¾ C shredded pineapple.
