• 1 lb haddock
• 1 C sour cream
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp maple syrup
• 4 TBSP cornflake or bread crumbs
• seasoned salt or paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange haddock on foil in a greased baking pan. Mix sour cream, lemon juice, salt, maple syrup and corn flake crumbs and spread over the haddock. Make in medium hot oven (425 degrees) for 35 minutes.
