4 large Portobello mushrooms
Olive oil
1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese
1 to 2 roma tomatoes chopped
1/2 C chopped green onion
2 slices bacon chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Wash mushrooms. Drizzle olive oil over gills. Place gill side down on grill. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Drizzle oil on cap and flip over. Sprinkle bacon, onion. tomato and cheese over mushroom. Cook another 10 minutes or until cooked through and cheese is melted.

This is a very versatile appetizer. You can use chopped ham, shrimp, crab or different flavors of cheese to your taste.
