1 loaf round, crusty bread
1 cup salsa
1 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 8-oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cut a circle out of the top of the bread and scoop out the inside. Tear the inside bread into dipping-size pieces for later. In a medium size mixing bowl, combine salsa, Cheddar cheese, cream cheese and sour cream. Spoon the mixture into the bread bowl and place the top back onto the bread. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Serve warm with the reserved bread pieces.

This is a HUGE hit at parties. Leave enough time for it to cook thoroughly. Also have a lot of extra bread for dipping!
