1 yellow cake mix
1 package vanilla instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can creamed corn, mashed and strained, then add milk to the corn to make 1 cup
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured bundt or tube pan. Bake at 350º for 55 minutes. Cool 15 minutes then flip onto plate. Dust with confectioner's sugar, if desired.

We found this recipe when Michael had to present his 4th grade immigration report. Our Guatemalen friend Michelle said it totally reminds her of what she used to eat as a young girl in Guatemala!
