2-3 cucumbers
1/2- 1 green pepper
1/2-1 onion
sugar
white wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Thinly slice cucumbers, green pepper and onion.

Boil equal parts sugar and white vinegar for 2 minutes (usually ½ cup of each but for large cucumbers increase to ¾ cup of each)

Place cucumbers, peppers and onion in a bowl or pan that will not melt. Pour boiling sugar-vinegar mixture on top. Add pepper to taste.

Pour mixture into Tupperware container and seal. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Can be eaten after 24 hours.
