1 lb. white jack cheese, grated
1 small can diced mild green chilies
1 small jar red chopped pimentos

10 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard.

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle cheese evenly in greased 9"X12" pan
Sprinkle chilies on top of cheese.
Sprinkle pimentos on top of cheese.
Beat eggs, milk, onion powder, and mustard together, and pour over the cheese, chilies and pimento.
Bake 350º for 28-30 minutes. Set to cool 20 minutes. Cut and serve.
