Salad:
1 english cucumber
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 bunch green onions
1 bag coleslaw, cabbage mix with carrots
Dressing:
Juice of 5 limes
1 to 2 Tbsp honey, to taste
1/2 tsp kosher salt
Dash pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Chop cucumber peppers and green onion. Mix together with coleslaw mix in bowl. Whisk lime juice, honey, salt and pepper together until well blended. Pour over salad mixture while tossing. May be served immediately or refrigerated over night. Chilling at least 2 hours allows flavors to blend.
