1 Cup fine chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup butter (melted)
one 17oz can cream corn for two small
1 Cup water
1 tsp season salt (Johnny's)
ground pepper to taste

TOPPING
5 cups bread crumbs (6-7 slices)
2 mEggs slightly beaten
4 Tbl. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Saute the onion, celery in the 1/2 cup melted butter
until "tender crisp" add the corn, season salt and pepper, bring to a boil.

Add the bread crumbs tossing lightly until well coated stir in the eggs and then pour into a 9" baking dish (sprayed with Pam) drizzle with the remaining butter and bake 25 min until thoroughly heated.
