Directions:
Brown meat and cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Pour 1/2 C sauce in 8x8x2 inch baking dish. Top with one third of the noodles and half of the mozzarella cheese. Spread out half of the meat and sprinkle with half of the Parmesan cheese and some pepper. Top with half of the ricotta cheese. Beginning with the sauce, repeat the layering ending with ricotta cheese. Top with 1/2 C sauce. Arrange remaining noodles over dish and top with more sauce. If desired sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese. Cover pan with foil and set on cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for about 30 minutes or until bubbling. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes to set the layers. To make in a 9x13 inch pan simply double the amount of the ingredients and follow the layering steps. The larger pan may take longer to bake.
