1 pkg. chicken pieces
1 egg (beaten a little)
2 tbsp. water
1/4 c. melted margarine
salt
pepper
1 c. instant mashed potato flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg mixture, water, margarine, salt and pepper. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture and roll in potato flakes until fully covered. Lay in shallow pan and bake 1 hour in 350 to 400º oven. Turning chicken every 1/2 hour until done.
