2 lb. cubed beef
1 c. sliced carrots
2 large potatoes, sliced
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 can water
1 bay leaf or 1 tsp. paprika
1 pkg. frozen peas or beans
2 small onions (chopped)
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup

Directions:

Combine all without browning the meat, Pat in a covered casserole dish and bake at 275º for 5 hours, or in a crock pot.
