2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1-1/4 c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. corn flakes
1 c, sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugars and shortening together, add eggs and vanilla. In another bowl mix flour, baking powder, and soda. Add to the first mixture. Mix in the crushed corn flakes and coconut. Form into balls about the size of a walnut, roll in sugar and place onto cookie sheet and bake at 350º till golden brown.
