potatoes, any variety, peeled and sliced thin-medium
butter, flour
grated cheese, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Layer one layer of potatoes , just enough to cover your bowl.
Sprinkle lightly with flour and add several pats of butter, a little salt and pepper, then potatoes, flour,butter ,salt and pepper and just keep layering till your bowl is almost full or however many you want and then cover with half milk and water until covered then cook around 350 to 375 until potatoes are done. check with a fork, you may add cheese on the top; or not they are delicious just as they are.......
