1 lb. Italian sausage (Bob Evan's preferably)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can (16 oz.) small white beans
1 can (14.5 oz.) beef broth
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes
1/2 c. small uncooked pasta (elbow or rotini)
1 sm. zucchini diced

Directions:
In large saucepan, crumble and cook sausage and onions over medium heat until sausage is browned. Drain if desired. Add remaining ingredients to saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 15-20 minutes or until pasta is cooked and zucchini is tender.
