2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
Tabasco to taste
green onions
bacon, fried and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter; add flour and blend. Add milk and cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly. (I use a double boiler, but not necessary.) Add garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, grated cheese and Tabasco. Serve over baked potatoes and top with chopped green onions and crumbled bacon.

The cheese sauce is also very good served over broccoli and cauliflower.
