Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
Anne's pastry strips (red & yellow box)
4 chicken boullion cubes
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the chicken in generously salted water until falling off the bone tender, about an hour on med-high. Take the chicken out of the broth to cool. Skim the broth of any solids, add the boullion and bring to a rolling boil. If you don't have at least 4 quarts of broth, add packaged chicken stock. Slowly add separated pastry strips one at a time, stirring slowly between each addition to keep them from sticking together. After entire box is added to broth, season with salt & pepper. Simmer on low stirring occasionally to prevent sticking for 15-30 minutes.
