2 lbs round steak, thinly sliced
1 onion, slivered
1 bell pepper, slivered
1 can diced tomatoes
1 package dry meat marinade
1/4 c apple cider vinegar
1/4 c vegetable oil
Egg noodles or rice

Directions:
Directions:
Layer in the bottom of a greased 9X9 casserole dish the steak, onion, peppers, then tomatoes. In the tomato can, mix the marinade, oil and vinegar and pour over the casserole. Cover and bake at 400º for 1 hour without stirring or uncovering. Serve over cooked egg noodles or rice.
